| Important Notice!! The American Rabbit Breeders Association revises its Standard of Perfection (SOP) every five years. The current SOP expires at the end of 2010. A newly revised SOP will be available for purchase at the next ARBA convention in November, 2010. Therefore, all materials, changes, pictures, etc., must be submitted to the ARBA prior to April 1, 2010. Our club needs to submit several pictures of our Thrianta for use in the new SOP. We need for members to take photos of your better Thriantas and submit them for consideration for the SOP. Several suggestions. Take the pictures close up! Use a light, plain, background so to enhance the color of the animal. Take pictures from many different angles. It will be a challenge to get the perfect angle to show the head, ears, head mount, and most of the body, all in one picture. Use a camera that produces a high resolution picture, in color. Pictures may be sent via Internet or by mail to Glen Carr, Chair of the Standards Committee. Deadline is March 15, 2010. Any questions please contact Glen. This is a great opportunity to show the best of our Thriantas to judges and all that refer to the SOP for the next five years. Your efforts are very much appreciated. |
