Guidelines for Submitting Newsletter
Advertising & Information
Our newsletter is mailed quarterly to each ATRBA household about the 30th of: February, May, August
and November.  We encourage you to send articles, questions, pictures, recipes, comments, etc.  Only one
(1) newsletter is mailed to each address, unless full ATRBA membership dues are paid by additional
members at the same address.  

NOTE:  All items for the newsletter must be sent to the Secretary’s office, including advertisements
with proper fees.   

Deadline dates for submitting items to the secretary’s office for the newsletter are February 1st, May
1st, August 1st and November 1st.  

Ad rates are as follows:  

Breeder Listing - 4 Lines - $ 5.00        
Business Card Ad - Camera Ready - $ 10.00
1/4 Page Ad - Camera Ready - $ 25.00
1/2 Page Ad - Camera Ready - $45.00
Full Page Ad - Camera Ready - $80.00

(Any ads sent in color will be printed in black and white; non-members must add $10.00 to the cost of
each advertisement.)
